About the Dream Project
Awarded by the BC Arts Council, the Dream Project is an innovative community outreach of the New Asia Film Festival, the first international film event in the City of Richmond. The project will bring professional filmmakers into Richmond’s schools, giving students hands-on experience and training in professional filmmaking, animation and multimedia art installation techniques. The students’ works will be exhibited at the 3rd New Asia Film Festival in May 2010, and displayed in public locations throughout Richmond.
